Former Marine Sergeant, Paula Sarlls, enlisted in the Marines, in 1967, because she wanted to serve our country. These were tumultuous times in America. Paula’s story is one of grit, determination and never giving up. Through this process, she met her husband, Tony, who served two tours in Vietnam.

Once a Marine, always a Marine. Paula has been guided by that saying since she left the service in 1971. She’s been honored with the Civilian Marksmanship Award (2/22/2014), she’s the President of the Women Marines Association of Colorado and the Past National President of the Women Marines Association. She’s a Gold Star Wife, President of the Marine Memorial Association, Secretary of the Colorado Freedom Memorial, and more. Her energy and her commitment to active duty and retired Marines is absolute.

Paula is currently looking for donations and volunteers to assist with U.S. Marine Corps Memorial in Golden, Colorado.
