Geophysicist Walt Johnson explains the vision for his new documentary A Climate Conversation which received a standing ovation at The Heartland Institute’s recent International Conference on Climate Change. With the guidance of numerous experts such as Roin Stein, Johnson directed this documentary in hopes of dismantling the groupthink mentality that presently surrounds conversations regarding climate change. Ron Stein co-authored Clean Energy Exploitations, a Pulitzer nominated book. Records of the Earth’s temperature were examined during the creation of this documentary. Said records indicate that the planet is currently in a cooling period rather than warming up. The documentary was premiered at the International Conference on Climate Change in Orlando on Feb. 24, earning warm reception. Self Help on the Go: Because You’re Not Broken But Life Gets Tricky Sometimes

Dr. Carrie Johannson discusses her book Self Help on the Go: Because You’re Not Broken But Life Gets Tricky Sometimes. Life as we know it would not be the same without fossil fuels and substances such as petroleum. Anxiety has substantially raised in populations under the age of ~24 (by about 60%). We’re systemically teaching younger generations that they shouldn’t be resilient and should instead rely on authority. One strategy to use against anxiety is identifying what’s “yours” and what isn’t “yours”. Ie, recognize that someone taking out their bad day on you is their problem, not yours. Mindfulness is also key to dismantling thoughts of anxiety. It’s important to have a sense of faith to fall back on, whether in a religious sense or faith in yourself.
