Roger Hayes, CEO of Passio HR, joins Kim for an update on Colorado’s business climate. Hayes discusses the new rule that forbids non-disclosure documents from being included in employee handbooks for those making less than $100k a year. Hayes also discusses the difficulty businesses are having hiring and retaining employees. People are not working due to bad public policy. The upcoming recession may result in people coming back to work. The steep uptick in crime in the Front Range also impacts businesses. Listen to the full interview in the second hour.
