Dr. Walter Daugherity returns to the show to debunk the assertions made by Republican District Attorney Dan Rubenstein. In May, Rubenstein presented findings to the Mesa County Commissioners that declared that the Mesa County District Attorney’s office found no evidence of election fraud. Daugherity is the co-author of a report (Report #3: Election Database and Data Process Analysis) that presented evidence of “potentially unauthorized and illegal manipulation of tabulated vote data during the 2020 General Election and 2021 Grand Junction Municipal Election.” Listen to Daugherity’s rebuttal to Rubenstein’s findings in the first hour of the show.

Lori Gimelshteyn on Critical Race Theory in Cherry Creek Schools

Lori Gimelshteyn, a member of the Cherry Creek Advocacy Network, joins Kim to discuss concerns regarding Critical Race Theory as it is being presented to students in Cherry Creek schools. Gimelshteyn and Kim also briefly discuss transgender agendas targeting school children. Listen to the interview in the second hour.
