Macron’s careless remarks regarding involvement in Taiwan after his recent trip to China have received criticism from both sides of the Atlantic. China’s aggression both domestically and abroad is only continuing to worsen. If the US is unable to reduce its own domestic deterioration (ie the lack of border control) then it has no hope of defending itself from any sort of attack from China (be it in a literal or metaphorical sense).
