Kim comments on SB20-084, Prohibit Requiring Employer Immunization, on the basic premise that if it is so good for everyone to have immunizations, why give the employer the right to force an employee to have them. And what right does an employer have to mandate an employee to be vaccinated? Another example that if they cannot persuade PBI’s will force compliance.

Matthew Durkin joins Kim to explain why he is running for District Attorney in Jefferson and Gilpin counties. Matt believes we need criminal justice reform to be thought out and implemented with reason. We are not eliminating crime regardless of what the statistics present; we are decriminalizing crime which hides the truth. Beware, Soros will be back in the DA race with his money, just like last time (to the tune of $1.4 million in the 2016 race).

Jason McBride is in studio with Kim. His insight and humor are always noteworthy. On the serious side, he explains the five “Early Year Indicators.” Most of them have shown some validity.
