Taralyn Romero joins Kim to explain why Jefferson County Commissioners are attempting a land grab of Taralyn Romero’s property along Bear Creek in Kittredge. Romero injected that other people were using her backyard without her permission. Romero began exercising her property rights, leading to Jefferson County suing her to take her land from her. JeffCo isn’t trying to use eminent domain to sue Romero out of her property. They’re siding with the outraged people in her community. The land that Romero owns gives access to Bear Creek, but it’s not the sole access point. Listen to the full interview in the first hour.

Mark Krikorian on the Biden Administration’s Border Policy Failures

Mark Krikorian, Executive Director of the Center for Immigration Studies, joins Kim to discuss the Biden Administration’s border policies. The border will always be a problem, but Obama-era policies have further exacerbated the issue of its management. The border is in the worst shape it’s ever been in, under Biden’s policies. Biden’s style of border management is enabling crime and harming American citizens and immigrants alike. Biden’s new immigration plan and his recent visit to El Paso were essentially damage control.
