Holly Green joins Kim to talk about the appeal she filed in response to Douglas County’s decision to rezone property for subsidized housing in Parker, Colorado. The appeal will go under judicial review sometime in the next few months. The property that Douglas County ruled on is surrounded by single family homes. The only people who benefit from this ruling are developers from outside the county. This legal battle (for lack of a better term) has attracted the attention of Republican elected officials, as it holds implications for how property rights will continue to evolve and be challenged.
