Sue Moore from the Republican Liberty Caucus of Colorado (rlcco.org) reviews aggressive bills that should not have been introduced or heard during the extended session. SB 20-163, School Entry Immunization, House hearing held this past Sunday passed on party lines 7-4 ignoring the coerciveness of the bill. SB20-217, Enhanced Law Enforcement Integrity, rescinds qualified immunity for local law enforcement officers (including district attorneys deputies, sheriff’s and deputies, prison guards and police officers) but not state officers.
Guest Jay Davidson, founder, chairman and CEO of First American State Bank, discusses with Kim the challenges America is facing today. Jay asks the question, did Governor Polis analyze the consequences of his multiple executive orders before implementing them? The severe economic ramifications of the shutdown should have been easily predictable. Gov. Polis is either malicious or incompetent. We are either a nation of rule of law or not. The riots have similarities between Kristallnacht (Crystal Night) or Night of Broken Glass in November, 1938. People have awakened to the intent of the “left’s” agenda. Jay states that we, as a nation, will rise above this crisis because we are strong and honor our freedom.
