Medal of Honor recipient and Co-Founder of the Center for American Values in Pueblo Drew Dix discusses the importance of Medal of Honor Day, which is March 25. Dix is a citizen of Pueblo who decided 13 years ago that the youth of Pueblo need inspiration and reminders that they have peers who are willing to make sacrifices for themselves and others, which lead to the founding of the Center for American Values. Four Medal of Honor recipients have grown up in Pueblo. A common trait among these citizens is that they had a respect for and saw incredible value in the people around them, which enabled them to make sacrifices for those people. The Medal of Honor is a tangible reminder of the importance of sticking together through hardships. Listen to the full interview in the second hour.

School mental health assessments are ultimately meant to harvest data on students. Big pharma and big businesses are colluding to push these assessments. HB 23-1003 will make these assessments commonplace and grant students 12 or older to consent to taking the assessments regardless of their guardians’ wishes. The government is trying to undermine the rights of parental involvement in education in as many aspects as possible. Children may feel obligated to take these assessments regardless of their parents’ wishes due to peer pressure. Listen to the full interview in the first hour.
