Constitutional expert Rob Natelson joins Kim to explain why the establishment media’s narrative that the Supreme Court is conservative is false. Natelson shows that what has really occurred is a shift from the court’s formerly liberal slant. Natelson and Kim talk about this shift from the left in the first hour of today’s show. Natelson and Kim examine a number of recent Supreme Court rulings, including Roe v. Wade and West Virginia v. EPA. Both decisions mark a sharp turn away from the liberal tendencies to over-empower the federal government and bureaucratic agencies.  Learn more by reading Natelson’s latest Epoch Times piece, The New Supreme Court: Not Conservative, but No Longer Liberal.

Merrill Matthews, Ph.D., is a resident scholar with the Institute for Policy Innovation, a research-based, public policy “think tank.” He is a health policy expert and opinion contributor at The Hill. Matthews joins Kim to discuss his latest article, Green New Deal, RIP. Matthews and Kim discuss recent events that made it clear that the New Green Deal is deceased for all intents and purposes. Rising gas prices, the Supreme Court’s decision in West Virginia vs. EPA, and the incoming red wave in November that will push out progressive legislators and replace them with conservative members who understand that affordable, sustainable energy policies are what the American people need and want.
