The State of Colorado is asking to keep your tax refunds, forever, with ballot question Prop CC. And Jefferson County is asking to keep Jefferson County residents tax refunds, forever, with ballot question Issue 1A.

Tuesday, former Colorado state senator, Tim Neville joins Kim to explain why Prop CC and Issue 1A are very, very bad ideas.
