Liberty Toastmasters Co-founder Brad Beck explains why it’s a bad idea for Erie, Colorado to become a Home Rule town. Erie, CO is proposing a home rule question on the ballot that would form a home rule charter commission for the purpose of drafting a home charter. Beck suggests voting against this because it could very well be used as a power grab that could introduce more taxes & control. Beck is running for the home rule charter commission, in the case that this ballot measure passes. Listen to the full interview in the first hour.
