Why does it seem many Colorado politicians lack good manners?

Colorado’s politicians and bureaucrats need to learn good manners. Despite the protections and stipulations of The Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights (TABOR), many of these greedy and rude politicians look for excuses and loopholes to take taxpayer money. Kim is joined in the studio by Patti Kurgan and Natalie Menten for a discussion on WHY politicians need to ask before taking excess tax funds and to discuss why Proposition CC and Initiative 3 are threats to TABOR.
