Right to Survive does not help the homeless or property owners

Karen Levine and Peter Wall of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors join Kim in the studio to take about Initiative 300, also known as Right to Survive. Levine and Wall address the many problems with Initiative 300. This will be showing up on Denver ballots this week. If you live in Denver, you need to listen to this episode, even if you are not a homeowner. The implications are far-reaching and if this bill passes could be catastrophic for the entire Denver metro.
