Jan Cook is in the studio as today’s guest host
Jan Cook, consultant and political activist, joins Kim on today’s show. Leading up to the feature segment and the efforts to recall Tom Sullivan, Cook and Kim discuss Hickenlooper’s failed appeal for California Democrats to abandon socialism. They also discuss the alarming efforts being made by Colorado special interests and politicians to take away your internal-combustion powered vehicle and to put you behind the wheel of an electric car or on public transportation.
Tom Sullivan’s voting record is the reason for the recall
In today’s featured segment, Cook and Kim discuss the effort to recall Tom Sullivan. It’s bigger than the Red Flag law, an issue Sullivan said he would back as he campaigned for office. Sullivan’s son was killed in the 2012 Aurora Century 16 Theater shooting. And that’s a tragedy. But Sullivan’s voting record on a number of issues is a bad thing for his constituents.
For those wishing to support the recall effort:
1: Sullivan represents zipcodes: 80015, 80112, and 80046. 80015 is a shared district. You can go here to find out if Sullivan is your representative.
