Shall Article 1 of the City of Cherry Hills Village Home Rule Charter, entitled "General Provisions," be amended to add a new Section 1.6 entitled "Home Rule Authority to Regulate the Use of Land", as set forth below?

- Adds section 1.6, asserting local control over land-use rules enacted by the City Council or voters, irrespective of state mandates.

- Rejects the proposed addition to the city charter.
