In the event the Douglas County Board of Commissioners is increased to five members, shall all registered Douglas County voters continue to elect all County Commissioners?

What a vote does
- A yes vote means
- Retains countywide elections for all five commissioners if voters approve expansion.
- A no vote means
- Rejects retaining countywide elections for all five commissioners if voters approve expansion. Question 201 offers two alternatives involving district elections.
