2026 REFERRED BALLOT ISSUE, WHICH, IF APPROVED, WOULD AUTHORIZE THE TOWN TO RETAIN THE CURRENT PROPERTY TAX MILL LEVY FROM 2028 THROUGH 2037 WITHOUT INCREASING THE TAX RATE, SHALL THE TOWN OF KERSEY, COLORADO TAXES PREVIOUSLY APPROVED BY THE TOWN'S VOTERS AND WHICH ARE SCHEDULED TO EXPIRE BE EXTENDED FOR A LIMITED TEN-YEAR PERIOD (2028 THROUGH 2037) FOR THE EXISTING PROPERTY TAX MILL LEVY OF 17.205 MILLS TO CONTINUE NECESSARY SUPPORT FOR THE CURRENT LEVEL OF TOWN OPERATIONS AND SERVICES, WITH SUCH EXTENSION TO CONSTITUTE A VOTER-APPROVED REVENUE CHANGE WITHIN THE MEANING OF ARTICLE X, SECTION 20 OF THE COLORADO CONSTITUTION AND AN EXCEPTION TO THE LIMITATION SET FORTH IN SECTION 29-1-301 OF THE COLORADO REVISED STATUTES?
