Charter Amendment Expanding Executive Session Topics Shall the City of Louisville Home Rule Charter be amended to authorize the City Council to convene executive sessions for the purpose of considering any matter authorized by the Colorado Open Meetings Law, C.R.S. § 24-6-401, et seq., as amended, and for boards, commissions, task forces, and committees to convene executive sessions pursuant to the Colorado Open Meetings Law in accordance with procedures and subject to limitations established by ordinance, thereby expanding the topics for executive sessions currently permitted under the Charter?
