Charter Amendment to Update Language Shall the City of Louisville Home Rule Charter be amended to remove gendered pronouns, to replace references to "citizen" with "members of the public," to replace references to "City offices" with "City Clerk's office and City website," and to replace references to "television" with "virtually"?
