The ballot question
Shall the Town of Mountain View’s Home Rule Charter be amended to change the governance structure of the Town from a Council-Mayor form of government to a Council-Manager form of government; this means, among other things, that a town manager, appointed by Town Council, will be responsible for the general operations of the Town including supervising all Town departments and preparing an annual budget for Town Council approval?
