Prohibit Funding of Multiple Fiscal Year Non-Debt Agreements outside of voter established tax limitations Shall Ballot Issue 5C, unanimously approved by three voters at a special election held on November 4, 2014, be forever repealed and rescinded effective immediately, which ballot issue authorizes Stone Creek Metropolitan District to enter into one or more multiple fiscal year financial obligations evidenced by intergovernmental agreements or contracts and to increase ad valorem taxes up to $1 million annually to fund such agreements?
