The ballot question
Pursuant to the authority granted by C.R.S. §1-4-1404, shall the term limits for the District Attorney of the 12th Judicial District established in Article XVIII § 11 (1) of the Colorado Constitution be eliminated, allowing the District Attorney of the 12th Judicial District to serve an indefinite number of terms?

- A yes vote means
- Removes the constitutional term limit for the district attorney. Four-year terms and elections continue.
- A no vote means
- Keeps the constitutional term limit for the district attorney.
