SHALL THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE TOWN OF HAXTUN’S EXISTING 0.5% SALES AND USE TAX DEDICATED TO FUNDING AND MAINTAINING THE COMMUNITY CENTER BE CHANGED, BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2027, TO ALLOW 0.25% TO BE USED FOR STREET, STREET REPAIR, AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AND THE REMAINING 0.25% TO BE USED FOR FUNDING AND MAINTAINING THE COMMUNITY CENTER?

What a vote does
- A yes vote means
- Allocates 0.25% to street, street repair and drainage projects and the remaining 0.25% to the community center, beginning January 1, 2027.
- A no vote means
- Keeps the entire existing 0.5% tax dedicated to funding and maintaining the community center.
