WITHOUT RAISING TAXES, SHALL THE CITY'S LODGING TAX OF TWO AND ONE-HALF PERCENT (2.5%) ON THE LEASING OR RENTING OF ROOMS OR OTHER ACCOMMODATIONS IN COMMERCIAL LODGING FACILITIES BY SHORT-TERM VISITORS AND GUESTS FOR THE EXPENDITURES OF THE RECREATION PROGRAMS OF THE CITY OF HOLYOKE EXPIRING ON DECEMBER 31, 2026, BE EXTENDED TO DECEMBER 31, 2032.
