SHALL THE PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF HAYDEN SCHOOL DISTRICT RE-1 BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COLORADO MOUNTAIN COLLEGE DISTRICT, AND SHALL TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN HAYDEN SCHOOL DISTRICT RE-1 BE SUBJECT TO THE MILL LEVY IMPOSED BY THE COLORADO MOUNTAIN COLLEGE DISTRICT (CURRENTLY 3.82 MILLS, SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON COLORADO MOUNTAIN COLLEGE DISTRICT FUTURE YEARLY CERTIFICATIONS) ON THE SAME BASIS AS OTHER PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE COLORADO MOUNTAIN COLLEGE DISTRICT, AND IN SO DOING EXPAND THE AVAILABILITY OF LOW COST COLLEGE DEGREES AND CERTIFICATES; CONTINUING EDUCATION AND LIFELONG LEARNING; TUITION FREE CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS; AND SKILLED TRADES AND INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC TRAINING, ON BEHALF OF THE RESIDENTS OF HAYDEN SCHOOL DISTRICT RE-1?
