Shall Holyoke School District RE-1J be permitted to accept the guaranteed award amount of $37,511,924.54 in "BEST" grant funds (which are not required to be repaid) as a match for the issuance of general obligation bonds already passed by voters in 2024 to build and furnish a new elementary school?

- A yes vote means
- Allows the district to accept the $37,511,924.54 BEST grant as the match for the 2024 school bonds. The grant does not have to be repaid.
- A no vote means
- Denies permission to use this grant as the match. It does not repeal the 2024 bond authorization.
