Shall Article VIII of the Charter of the City of Montrose, Colorado be amended to allow City Council the right to approve or disapprove of the City Manager’s decision to appoint and discharge the City Clerk?

What a vote does
- A yes vote means
- The council would approve or reject the manager's appointment or discharge of the clerk. The manager would retain supervision of the clerk and office.
- A no vote means
- The city manager would continue to appoint and discharge the city clerk without council approval.
