Jay Valentine is a technology entrepreneur and data analytics expert who founded Omega4America, an organization focused on election integrity through voter roll analysis. With a background spanning over four decades in computer programming, he has developed fraud detection and data analysis systems for major organizations including eBay, the Transportation Security Administration, and insurance companies.
Valentine graduated from Georgetown University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service. Beginning in 1979, he worked in computer programming, creating systems to detect fraud and identify anomalies in large datasets. He led development of eBay's fraud detection engine and built foundational technology for the TSA No-Fly List, as well as fraud detection systems used by over 70% of the property casualty insurance industry.
Through Omega4America, Valentine developed what he calls fractal technology to analyze voter registration databases. His systems cross-reference voter rolls with property tax records, identifying registrations at addresses such as vacant lots, commercial buildings, gas stations, and other locations where voters cannot legally reside. He has applied this analysis across multiple states and claims to operate one of the largest election data databases in the country.
Valentine is a regular guest on the Kim Monson Show, appearing twelve times between December 2022 and October 2024 to discuss voter roll analysis, mail-in ballot vulnerabilities, and election integrity technology. He also writes for American Thinker, where he publishes analysis of voter registration data and election issues.

“This whole movement about getting people off voter rolls 150 days, 130 days before the election is a scam run by the national voter integrity groups because it's how they get funded.”

“You want convenience. You've got convenience. You also have been disenfranchised. So that's you are now conveniently disenfranchised because in Colorado, your elections are being decided by one or two or three points, and we can demonstrate conclusively that in Colorado, there's at least five to eight percent of those ballots are being mailed to undeliverable locations.”
“Anybody who supports the ability to, at will, mail in ballots all over the country to people is looking for voter fraud. Because voter 99 to 90, 95 to 99 percent of all of the fraud that's occurring in the voter rolls is happening through mail-in ballots.”
Jay Valentine on election fraud evidence, Kathy Kettner on lakewood voter initiative over. August 11, 2023.
“The leftists are in the ballot manufacturing business. They are building the ballots. They're manufacturing the ballots. They're collecting the ballots at fake locations. They're even pre-printing the ballots and filling them out themselves. Thus it goes that no matter how much ballot harvesting you do, the leftists are always going to be able to print more than you're going to be able to run down.”
Jay Valentine reveals how fractal technology exposes mail-in ballot fraud. Plus Sound of Freedom reactions. July 14, 2023.
“When Republicans ballot harvest, they're going to the evangelical church or the Kiwanis club, picking up ballots from people who are going to vote anyway. The leftists don't just ballot harvest. They ballot manufacture.”
“Addresses don't have lawyers and addresses don't have rights. An address is just a piece of dirt. We stand on the front lawn, call in the press and do this on a national level, starting about six months before the election.”
Trent Loos on the wef's true motivations reg, Jay Valentine on real-time fraud detection tech. June 21, 2023.

Jay Valentine warns of phantom votes in swing states, Matt Dark on the right to refuse COVID jabs, and Producer Luke debates capitalism vs socialism. May 9, 2023.
“He is likely to get more votes, he is not going to get more ballots. Trump will have the most votes in a significant number of them. He's not going to have the most ballots by a mile, and no matter how well he does, the more ballot harvesting he does successfully, the more manufactured votes the democratic voter commissions are going to create.”
Jay Valentine exposes voter roll fraud with data analytics while Dr. Jill Vecchio warns about BRICS and the collapsing petrodollar system. May 4, 2023.
“The stare is never, never, never an option. Trust me, we're going to make all this stuff public. We might get beat up in a few more elections, but the truth always prevails. And it will here, and it's on our side.”

“If you had visibility to the voter rolls and you were able to see that the house across the street, which is vacant and has been vacant, has 20 people registered there, that just disenfranchised you and 19 other people. You're going to take action.”
