Ken DeGraff serves as the Colorado State Representative for House District 22, representing northeast central Colorado Springs in the state legislature. As a member of the Republican caucus, he has been a consistent voice for fiscal conservatism, parental rights, and constitutional principles.

DeGraff received the Colorado Union of Taxpayers Guardian Award for 2023, recognizing his commitment to protecting taxpayers. He is a member of the 'Mighty 19' Republican caucus that works to counter progressive legislation in the Democrat-controlled legislature.

In the legislature, DeGraff has focused on parental rights issues, including fighting legislation he believes infringes on parents' authority over their children's upbringing, education, and medical decisions. He has also been vocal on issues of party identity, advocating for the Colorado GOP to opt out of open primaries to preserve Republican Party values.

DeGraff has appeared on the Kim Monson Show seven times since 2023 to discuss legislative matters, urging citizens to stay engaged with the political process and support candidates who uphold constitutional values.
