Matt Lohmeier is a retired Lieutenant Colonel who served in the United States Air Force and the newly established Space Force. After a distinguished military career, he became one of the most prominent voices warning about what he sees as ideological infiltration of the American military.

Lohmeier is the author of 'Irresistible Revolution: Marxism's Goal of Conquest and the Unmaking of the American Military,' a book that examines what he characterizes as the spread of Marxist ideology within military institutions. The publication of this book led to his removal from command in the Space Force, making him a cause celebre in debates about military culture and political neutrality.

He currently serves as Executive Director of STARRS (Stand Together Against Racism and Radicalism in the Services), an organization of military veterans and advocates working to counter what they see as divisive ideology in the armed forces. On the Kim Monson Show, Lohmeier discussed how diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives are affecting military readiness and the importance of protecting innovative thinking for national security.
