Nate Jorgensen

Nate Jorgensen is the Republican candidate for Colorado House District 33, a Broomfield-area seat that also takes in parts of Westminster, Thornton, and Northglenn. A longtime Colorado and Broomfield resident, he has spent his career working with small and medium-sized businesses, including roles in the special events industry, the commercial office furniture trade, and most recently B2B networking. He describes himself as a “number two” who focuses on executing a founder’s vision and on building strategic partnerships between businesses and people in the community. Jorgensen says he entered the 2026 race because he grew tired of watching state government burden families and entrepreneurs and concluded that a large share of Coloradans were going unrepresented. His campaign centers on affordability, public safety, and smaller, more accountable government, and he argues that Colorado’s taxes, fees, and regulations are choking the entrepreneurial spirit the state was once known for.
