Timothy Lupfer is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel with a distinguished military career. He graduated first in his class at West Point and was awarded a Rhodes Scholarship. During Operation Desert Storm, he commanded a combat tank battalion.
He appeared on the Kim Monson Show in April 2020 to discuss charisma, leadership, and crisis decision-making. He warned against charismatic leaders who suspend their followers' judgment and examined what true leadership requires during times of crisis, drawing examples from ancient Malta to World War II.
