Marxism

A political and economic theory developed by Karl Marx advocating for class struggle, collective ownership of production, and the abolition of private property as the path to a classless society.

Named after Karl Marx (1818-1883), German philosopher and economist who, along with Friedrich Engels, authored 'The Communist Manifesto' (1848) and 'Das Kapital' (1867).
