From the Show

The right to visitation became a central issue during the COVID-19 pandemic, as hospital lockdowns forced patients to die alone. Rep. Tim Gietner’s House Bill 1425, discussed on the June 25, 2020 broadcast, sought to guarantee that no Coloradan would face their final moments without a loved one’s hand to hold.
