Teddy Collins is a Colorado firearms retailer and Second Amendment advocate based in Colorado Springs. He is the owner of Spartan Defense Armory and Training, one of Colorado's largest family-owned gun stores, specializing in 2011s, race guns, and tactical firearms. The business celebrated its fourth anniversary in 2025.

Collins co-founded the Second Syndicate, Colorado's premier grassroots Second Amendment organization, which works to unify gun rights advocates across the state and protect constitutional rights through ballot initiatives, lawsuits, and legislative advocacy. The organization tracks gun control legislation at both state and federal levels.

A strong advocate for school safety, Collins has partnered with the FASTER program to provide firearms and gear at reduced or no cost to educators completing training to protect students. Spartan Defense offers firearms at cost for school staff participating in armed protection programs.

Collins has become a regular voice on the Kim Monson Show, appearing weekly since April 2025 to discuss Colorado gun legislation, including SB 003 permit requirements, proposed NFA bans, suppressor restrictions, and the impact of state regulations on firearms retailers. He emphasizes that the Second Amendment is a civil right requiring active defense through both the political process and the courts.
