Tireless

Showing no signs of weariness even after long, hard effort; having or showing great effort or energy that does not diminish.

From Middle English 'tire' meaning to exhaust, combined with the suffix '-less' meaning without. The word emerged in the 16th century to describe those who work without becoming weary.
