Medal of Honor recipient and co-founder of the Center for American Values Drew Dix and retired Denver police officer Henry Jones reflect on 9/11 and their new virtual offering, HIP Virtual K-12 Civics-Based Education. Jones, a retired Denver police officer with prior experience at DIA, continues to engage in volunteer work periodically. He is motivated by a deep sense of gratitude towards the sacrifices made by members of the military in service to the nation. Meanwhile, the Center for American Values has introduced online educational programs centered around values. Later in the day, Dix and Jones will officially introduce these educational offerings to the public.
