Windsor recycling plant faces the end of operations over the Colorado Department of Public Health (CDPHE) pressure
Brand Technologies is a Windsor, Colorado company that uses modern technology to recycle asphalt shingles. This is a service that could prevent thousands and thousands of gallons of oil from contaminating Colorado soil. But the CDPHE is trying to shut the company down, claiming it’s actually a disposal site.
