Natural resources expert and author Greg Walcher explains the impact of the EPA’s finalization of the definition of the Waters of the U.S. President Biden is re-implementing highly restrictive EPA rules introduced under the Obama administration but overturned by Trump. It’s unlikely that these will be finalized because they’ll probably be overturned in court. The EPA will keep trying to get regulations passed in spite of multiple failures in court. The EPA will do everything in its power to exert control over water in the US in the name of supposedly keeping the water clean. The EPA’s power can be rolled back if we elect officials who care to get involved. Courts have already determined that the EPA is overreaching its power, so it’s quite realistic that further action can be taken against the EPA. Listen to the full interview in the first hour.

Interview with Ret. USAF Col. Bill Rutledge
Ret. USAF Col. Bill Rutledge discusses his recent experience attending a Poudre Valley School District board meeting. Poudre Valley School District in Northern Colorado has received national attention for its focus on the radical transgender agenda in our schools. Numerous speakers at the meeting shared concerns regarding students’ mental health. At the meeting, Rutledge stated that it’s the job of schools to prepare children to be successful in life, not to impose agendas on them. The room went quiet after he spoke. Rutledge feels that the concern of minorities were spoken for at the meeting more than those that affect the majority of the population. Rutledge feels that much of today’s social issues result from people not socializing with each other. Listen to the full interview in the second hour.
