President of the Western Energy Alliance Kathleen Sgamma explains that Biden’s guidance on climate change seeks to unlawfully force an energy transition to a power source that is less reliable, more expensive, and inefficient. The Western Energy Alliance recently called on the White House Council on Environmental Quality to withdraw its interim guidance on the National Environmental Policy Act. The NEPA has put forward guidance that would make it more difficult to build things in America by way of putting limits on “environmentally destructive” activities (ie, construction work). Environmental groups will do anything to reduce CO2 emissions, fossil fuel usage, etc – primarily through limiting consumer choices. Listen to the full interview in the first hour.

Interview with Brittany Vessely
Executive Director of the Colorado Catholic Conference Brittany Vessely discusses the three abortion bills that Polis just signed into law. The enactment of the Reproductive Health Equity Act in 2020 has resulted in a number of pro-abortion bills being written. Senate Bill 188 (which requires doctors to administer abortions and gender affirming care regardless of their beliefs) violates the first amendment. Senate Bill 189 requires insurance companies to fully cover abortion expenses, which will fall on the shoulders of private employers. Senate Bill 190 (bans deceptive practices at anti-abortion centers) eliminates a woman’s choice to opt to reverse an abortion by banning experimental hormone treatment.
