In his latest essay, Is IR the New AI?, Brad Beck explains that individual rights are foundational to keeping AI in check. Listen to the full interview in the second hour.

Fighting Back Against the Trans Activist Agenda

Eight different individuals who are battling the Trans Activist agenda, which is targeting our children, weigh in on what each of them is focused on to protect our kids. Listen to their interview in the first hour.

Lori Gimelshteyn and Valerie Leal are at the forefront of a growing concern. Valerie, a worried mother, has taken note of evidence suggesting that the World Professional Association of Transgender Health might be endorsing pseudoscience and unethical practices. Similarly, Gimelshteyn harbors concerns about the Trevor Project, known for its suicide prevention services for LGBT youth. Their worries converge on the upcoming summit on April 7th in Lone Tree, aimed at protecting youth from gender-affirming care.

In another discussion, Erin Lee and Gabrielle Clark express their alarm over the agendas they perceive as being pushed in educational settings. Clark, a mother, recounts her son’s experience with discrimination during a school activity that incorporated Critical Race Theory (CRT). Their concerns are echoed by Dr. Karlyn Borysenko’s observations at the Transforming Gender Conference, where she reported on topics she found disturbing.

Meanwhile, Rich Guggenheim of Gays Against Groomers and Ellen Daehnick from Democrats for an Informed Approach to Gender engage in a critical dialogue on the subject of early gender transition and the participation of transgender women in women’s sports. Their discussion brings to light the complexities and dangers they believe are associated with these issues, a conversation that is accessible through their website.

Lastly, Greg Lopez and Darcy Schoening are taking a legislative stance on the matter, with Schoening spearheading an initiative aimed at banning gender-affirming surgeries for minors. Lopez lends his support to this cause, advocating for legislation that would implement restrictions similar to those proposed by Schoening. Together, their actions signify a broader debate on gender, health, and ethics in contemporary society.

Kim Monson's Quote of the Day:
March 28, 2024

The further a society drifts from the truth the more it will hate those who speak it.

George Orwell

George Orwell, the pen name of Eric Arthur Blair, was a British writer born in 1903 in India and known for his keen social criticism and opposition to totalitarianism. He served in the Indian Imperial Police in Burma before living in poverty and working as a teacher and bookstore clerk, experiences that influenced his later works. Orwell’s most famous novels, “Animal Farm” (1945) and “1984” (1949), explore themes of rebellion against oppressive regimes, the misuse of power, and the manipulation of truth. “Animal Farm” is an allegorical satire of the Russian Revolution and the rise of Stalinism, while “1984” delves into a dystopian future under surveillance and authoritarian rule. Orwell’s essays and journalistic works, characterized by lucid prose, advocacy for clarity in language, and democratic socialism, have also made significant contributions to English literature. Orwell died in 1950, but his work remains influential in discussions on politics, literature, and the human condition.
