Entrepreneur and finance professor Kurt Gerwitz discusses his perspective regarding Sam Bankman-Fried and FTX crypto-currency. Gerwitz teaches finance & investments at Regis University’s Anderson College of Business and Computing. He is releasing a currently untitled essay on FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried’s extradition. Gerwitz teaches an MBA course where students publish extensive reports on various companies, even going so far as to interview their CEOs. The magnitude of the fraud that Bankman-Fried has facilitated is almost unheard of. The lack of regulations on cryptocurrency are a breath of fresh air, though this also opens up dangerous possibilities for committing fraud. Listen to the full interview in the second hour.
