Roger Hays, CEO of Passio HR explains that most Coloradans now realize they would prefer having their own money in their own pockets. The predictive scheduling bill being drafted would require business owners to guarantee their employees work schedule for 2 weeks out, down to every last hour, even if over scheduled.
