Hold the phone. How is that folks in Cedar Rapids, Iowa have gotten out their sewing machines and are making masks but NYC, the fashion and apparel capitol of the world cannot find fabric and seamstresses to address the shortage that Cuomo and De Blasio are yelling about? Just asking.
